Antonio Onofrio Campione was born on 22 September 1968 in Caltanissetta.
He obtained his classical high school diploma in 1986 at the Liceo Ginnasio “Ruggero Settimo” in Caltanissetta.
He obtained a degree in Law in 1991 from the University of Palermo.
He obtained the qualification to practice law in 1994 and in the same year he enrolled in the Caltanissetta Bar Association.
He was legal advisor to the Automobile Club Caltanissetta from 1995 to 2008.
He was appointed Expert in Private Law at the University of Palermo in 1995.
He was Adjunct Professor of Private Law at the University of Palermo from 2003 to 2011.
He was Head of the Legal Support Office of the Caltanissetta Chamber of Commerce from 2003 to 2008.
He was legal advisor to the municipalities belonging to the Terre di Collina Union from 2005 to 2018.
He joined the Register of Supreme Court Lawyers in 2006.
He was President of the Lawyer Exam Commission of the Court of Appeal of Caltanissetta in the 2008-2009 session.
He was a member of the Board of Directors of the “Giuseppe Alessi” Forensic School of Caltanissetta from 2007 to 2015.
He was a member of the Board of Directors of the Automobile Club Caltanissetta from 2008 to 2020.
He was registered in the Register of Arbitrators at the Chamber of Arbitration for Public Contracts in Rome from 4 December 2009 to 4 December 2012; from 16 November 2016 to 16 November 2019; has been registered in the aforementioned Register since 7 September 2022 and currently [the legislation provides for a three-year registration period and a two-year suspension for a new registration].
He was included in the list of Adjunct Professors of the Department of Political Sciences of L.U.I.S.S. from 2014 to 2023.
He was Legal Advisor to the Department of Economy of the Sicilian Region from 2018 to 2022.
He was a member of the Commission of the Department of Economy of the Sicilian Region for the reorganization of regional investee companies from 13.03.2018 to 14.10.2022.
He has been a Partner of Sole 24 Ore since 2023.
He has been a speaker at several legal conferences.
He has written numerous legal publications in magazines and sites specializing in law.
